Working alongside your support team
Meghan works with the people already supporting a client: psychiatrists, psychologists, parents and the client themselves, as well as a network of mental and physical wellness coaches. Clinical care stays with the client’s clinicians; coaching adds the day-to-day practice around it.
Meghan is a coach and mentor, not a licensed clinician, and works alongside the clinicians a client already has.

About Meghan
Meghan is from NYC and has over 10 years of experience in social science research, public health, and education. She has a master’s degree from Harvard University with a focus in clinical psychology, and, as a researcher, has studied the effects of executive functioning strategies on emotion regulation.
Her method takes a cognitive approach: she prioritizes trust and rapport while learning how each client thinks, plans, and takes in information, then adapts strategies to fit.
