Email is the simplest way to reach Meghan. A few lines about what you are looking for is plenty.
Meghan Michalski is an executive function coach and mentor. She is not a therapist, counselor, psychologist, or medical provider, and she does not diagnose, treat, or provide therapy. Coaching is educational, organizational, and skills-based. It is not a substitute for clinical care and is not a crisis service.
Whether you are a young adult, a parent or caregiver, a clinician or educational consultant, or an individual or entrepreneur, you are welcome to write. Tell Meghan a little about who you are, what you are hoping for and anything that would help her understand where you are starting from. A good first note might mention who the coaching is for, what feels hard to keep on track right now, and whether you are hoping for virtual or in-person sessions. There is no need to have it all figured out.
If you are writing on behalf of someone else, such as a son, a daughter or a client, a brief description of the situation is enough.
Email is not a secure channel; please keep clinical details out. Meghan does not accept clinical records by ordinary email without written authorization. What happens to what you send is set out on the privacy page.
Meghan replies within 24 to 48 hours.
