Ambitura Mentoring (Meghan Michalski, MA) respects your privacy.

What is collected

This site has no contact form and no accounts, so there is nothing on it to fill in and nothing to sign up for. The only way information reaches Meghan through this site is if you choose to email her, in which case she receives whatever you include in your message.

This site does not use analytics or tracking cookies. It sets no cookies at all, runs no third-party scripts, embeds no tracking pixels and serves its fonts and images from this domain rather than from anyone else’s. Reading these pages sends Meghan nothing.

Like any website, the server that hosts this site can record ordinary request information such as an IP address while serving a page. That is standard web-server behaviour and is not used to identify or profile visitors.

Email is not fully secure

Please do not send sensitive health or personal details by email. A brief description of what you are looking for is enough to start. Meghan does not accept clinical records by ordinary email without written authorization.

Phone numbers

If you include a phone number when you write, it is used only to reply to your enquiry. You will not be added to any marketing list or texted without your agreement.

How information is used

Information you send is used only to respond to you and, if you become a client, to provide coaching. It is never sold or shared for marketing.

Sharing

Coaching is not therapy, and coaching conversations are not covered by therapist–client or physician–patient privilege. Meghan shares information with family or clinicians only with the client’s written permission, except where required by law.

If you would like to know how that works in practice with a treating clinician, the page for clinicians describes it, and the welcome and referral guide covers what is shared and when.
