Meghan Michalski is an executive function coach and mentor. She is not a therapist, counselor, psychologist, or medical provider, and she does not diagnose, treat, or provide therapy. Coaching is educational, organizational, and skills-based. It is not a substitute for clinical care and is not a crisis service.
Meghan Michalski serves clients in New York and online. Her sessions are one-to-one and ongoing at a regular cadence rather than a fixed-length program. Her coaching builds executive function skills such as planning, prioritizing, time management and staying steady under stress. She starts by building trust and rapport while learning how each client thinks, plans, and takes in information, then adapts concepts and organizational strategies to the way that person perceives and understands things.

Meghan is from New York. Coaching with clients there is one-to-one and ongoing, meeting at a regular cadence rather than running to a fixed length, and she works alongside a client’s existing clinicians rather than in place of them. If you are outside New York, the same coaching is available online.
Online sessions are one-to-one, like all of Meghan’s coaching, and continue at a regular cadence as an ongoing coaching relationship.
Sessions are offered virtually or in person. If you are wondering which format would suit you, email Meghan and ask.
Meghan works alongside a client’s psychiatrists, psychologists and family as one part of their support team. Her approach is relational: she holds space for authenticity while using a client’s strengths and building up growth areas, with the aim of long-term self-sufficiency.
